John Sjolander
President and founder of Syncron EMS, John has over twenty years of senior management, sales & marketing, and program management experience. He has also previously excelled in senior management positions with Ogden Lenzar Electro-optics, Ogden Atlantic Design, SMTC Corporation and MC Assembly, achieving industry leading growth at each. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Tom Ford
Vice-President of Operations. Having first focused his education on business administration, Tom now brings 30+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, materials, new-product development and introduction, and corporate management. He has had a distinguished career with companies including Harris Communication Systems Division, Scientific Atlanta, Rave Technologies, Gilat, and ADS Electronics.
